Charleston home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Charleston fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Charleston in October 2017.
