Isle of Palms home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $137,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $845,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $708,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Isle of Palms in November 2017.
