Seabrook Island home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Seabrook Island rose by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Seabrook Island in November 2017.
