Isle of Palms home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Isle of Palms fell by $485,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,000 - a 34.8% decrease over the $1,395,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Isle of Palms in January 2018.
