Mount Pleasant home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mount Pleasant rose by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $502,500 - a 21.1% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in January 2018.
