The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in York rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 – a 24.7% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in York in February 2016.
