Three men from Lexington County, South Carolina, have been arrested on charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors, according to an announcement from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. The individuals, identified as Trey Leviticus Sullivan, 33, of Batesburg; Brandon Dwayne Bailey, 35, of Pelion; and Rashaud Mandrell Price, 25, of Lexington, were taken into custody following investigations by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. The Attorney General’s Office, also a member of the state’s ICAC Task Force, assisted in these cases.
The investigations began after CyberTipline reports were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Authorities allege that Sullivan and Price distributed files containing child sexual abuse material, while Bailey is accused of possessing such files.
Sullivan was arrested on October 10, 2025, and faces two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, each carrying a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison. Price was arrested on October 16, 2025, and is charged with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, which is also punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment. Bailey was arrested on October 13, 2025, and faces three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, with each count carrying a possible sentence of up to 10 years.
The Attorney General’s Office will prosecute these cases.
Attorney General Wilson stated: “All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.”
The press release also noted that “Child sexual abuse material, or CSAM, is a more accurate reflection of the material involved in these heinous and abusive crimes. ‘Pornography’ can imply the child was a consenting participant. Globally, the term child pornography is being replaced by CSAM for this reason.”
