The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Isle of Palms rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 60.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $862,000 – a 10.5% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the third quarter of 2020.
