Techo-Bloc, a supplier of landscaping products, has announced plans to open its first operation in South Carolina. The new facility, to be located in Lexington County, represents a $45 million investment and is expected to create 46 jobs. Already present in Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania, the company specializes in outdoor hardscape products.

The planned facility, to be constructed on Dixiana Road in Cayce, will focus on producing pavers, slabs, and retaining walls. Techo-Bloc anticipates operations to commence in the fall of 2026. Job seekers can find more information on the company’s careers page.
