The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Sullivan’s Island rose by $517,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,842,500 – a 39.1% increase over the $1,325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sullivan’s Island in May 2017.
