The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Sullivan’s Island rose by $247,500 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,932,500 – a 14.7% increase over the $1,685,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Sullivan’s Island in 2017.
