The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Sullivan’s Island fell by $206,250 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $960,000 – a 17.7% decrease over the $1,166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sullivan’s Island in September 2016.
