U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham and Sheldon Whitehouse are set to lead a bipartisan congressional delegation to the Munich Security Conference (MSC) this weekend. The event will feature prominent leaders including U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
