U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham expressed his support for Tulsi Gabbard following her confirmation as the next Director of National Intelligence. The Senate confirmed Gabbard with a narrow vote of 52-48.
Senator Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, stated, "I am very glad to support Tulsi Gabbard to be the next Director of National Intelligence. Tulsi is an Army officer who has served our country faithfully and well for over two decades. I’ve known her for a long time, and we served in the same Capitol Hill reserve unit."
He emphasized that every president deserves their team and noted that Gabbard has the trust of President Trump, saying, "Tulsi has the trust of President Trump, and I’m sure she will serve him well."
The confirmation marks another significant step in Gabbard's career as she takes on this crucial intelligence role.
