COLUMBIA, S.C. – Governor Henry McMaster and Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette have a busy schedule planned for Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Governor McMaster will kick off the day by holding a Ceremonial Bill Signing for H.3799, Water Professions Day, at the South Carolina State House in Columbia. The event is scheduled for 10:00 AM on the First Floor Lobby of the State House located at 1100 Gervais Street.
At the same time, Lt. Gov. Evette will be attending the Lockheed Martin Slovakia F-16 Block 70 Delivery Ceremony at Lockheed Martin in Greenville, S.C. The ceremony will take place at 244 Terminal Road.
Later in the day, at 2:00 PM, Governor McMaster will lead a Cabinet Meeting at Room 252, Edgar Brown Building, on 1205 Pendleton Street in Columbia.
Governor McMaster expressed his commitment to the events on the schedule by stating, "Gov. McMaster will hold a Ceremonial Bill Signing for H.3799, Water Professions Day."
Similarly, Lt. Gov. Evette's attendance at the Lockheed Martin event was confirmed with the statement, "Lt. Gov. Evette will attend the Lockheed Martin Slovakia F-16 Block 70 Delivery Ceremony."
As the day progresses, Governor McMaster will continue his duties as announced, "Gov. McMaster will hold a Cabinet Meeting," ensuring that the day is filled with important engagements for the state's leadership.
