Dynamic Fluid Components Expands Operations in Oconee County

Dynamic Fluid Components, a wholesale distributor of fluid power products, is set to expand its operations in Oconee County with a $4.8 million investment that will create 10 new jobs. The company will construct a new 25,000-square-foot distribution facility in West Union, South Carolina, and invest in updated equipment to enhance its services.

President of Dynamic Fluid Components, Sam Adams, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, "The new facility will bring even more efficiency to our operation and allow us to meet the needs of our growing customer base well into the future." He highlighted the favorable business climate, workforce, and support found in Oconee County and the state of South Carolina as key factors in their decision to expand locally.

Governor Henry McMaster commended the company's investment in Oconee County, stating, "Dynamic Fluid Components' investment once again proves that South Carolina is a place where businesses can thrive." Secretary of Commerce Harry M. Lightsey III also praised the expansion, emphasizing the state's support for businesses like Dynamic Fluid Components.

Senate President Thomas C. Alexander expressed gratitude for the company's continued investment in Oconee County, calling Dynamic Fluid Components an important part of the local industry family. Jamie Gilbert, President and CEO of the Oconee County Economic Alliance, highlighted the significance of supporting existing businesses seeking growth, emphasizing the outstanding business environment in the county.
