Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster had a packed schedule for the week of March 4, 2024, as they attended various events and meetings across South Carolina.

On Tuesday, March 5, Governor McMaster was scheduled to attend the 2024 South Carolina Rural Summit at SRP Park in North Augusta, S.C.

Lt. Gov. Evette had a busy day on Thursday, March 7. She started by speaking at the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce's 3rd annual Women's Leadership Symposium at Segra Park in Columbia. Later in the day, she was set to speak at the South Carolina Public Health and Environmental Laboratory Groundbreaking Ceremony, followed by an evening appearance at the Sumter County Republican Party meeting at The Restaurant at 2nd Mill in Sumter.

This week's schedule follows Gov. McMaster's previous week's activities, which included a series of meetings and events. On Wednesday, February 28, the Governor and First Lady Peggy McMaster attended the 62nd South Carolina Prayer Breakfast at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The day also included a press conference to mark the 50th anniversary of the Heritage Trust program and various meetings with officials and constituents.

Thursday, February 29, saw Gov. McMaster conducting office hours at the State House and holding a ceremonial bill signing for H. 3799 Water Professions Day. The day concluded with a Governor's Cabinet Meeting and an economic development meeting.

Friday, March 1, wrapped up with agency meetings for the Governor.
