Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster are set to have a busy week starting January 22, 2024. According to their schedules, Gov. McMaster will be attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Carroll A. Campbell, Jr. Alzheimer's Initiative on Monday, January 22 at 3:00 PM at the McAlbany Family Center for Collaborative Research in Greenwood, S.C.

Additionally, Gov. McMaster is scheduled to give his annual State of the State Address on Wednesday, January 24 at 7:00 PM in the House Chambers at the State House in Columbia, S.C.

Looking back at Gov. McMaster's previous engagements, on January 15, 2024, he was quite active. The Governor spoke at the South Carolina Natural Gas Summit and attended various events with First Lady Peggy McMaster, such as the Wine & Spirits Tasting Event and the Midas Company Awards Celebration, both held at The Palmetto Club in Columbia.

Throughout the week, Gov. McMaster had several calls and meetings, including discussions with members of the South Carolina Congressional Delegation and Senate. He also engaged with various groups such as the South Carolina Trucking Association, Midlands Business Leadership Group, and the South Carolina Agritourism Association Annual Conference.
