October 2021: Home prices in Isle of Palms increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Isle of Palms rose by $204,375 while total sales decreased by 77.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,050,000 - a 24.2% increase over the $845,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Isle of Palms in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
