Mount Pleasant median home prices rose by 8.9% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 56.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
