Home prices increased in James Island during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in James Island rose by $59,250 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $411,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $351,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in James Island in October 2020.
