October 2021: Hollywood experienced a 31.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Hollywood fell by $182,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 31.9% decrease over the $572,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hollywood in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
