Pricing for the median home in Summerville increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Summerville rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 22% increase over the $246,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Summerville in October 2020.
