Ladson home prices fell in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Ladson fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Ladson in October 2020.
