City of Myrtle Beach issued the following announcement on December 9.
Myrtle Beach Police K9 Yep and the helpers from the Myrtle Beach Police Department want to thank those who took the time to shop and donate for the canines and felines in need at the Grand Strand Humane Society! The department received $600 in monetary donations plus what you see in the picture from Saturday's collection. The police department also hosts an Angel Tree for GSHS, and these items will be combined for a giant delivery in the coming weeks
