Congressional Record publishes “ADDITIONAL COSPONSORS” in the Senate section on March 10

Volume 167, No. 45, covering the 1st Session of the 117th Congress (2021 - 2022), was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“ADDITIONAL COSPONSORS” mentioning Tim Scott was published in the Senate section on pages S1460-S1461 on March 10.

Of the 100 senators in 117th Congress, 24 percent were women, and 76 percent were men, according to the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress.

Senators' salaries are historically higher than the median US income.

(Ms. Sinema) was added as a cosponsor of S. 15, a bill to require the Federal Trade Commission to submit a report to Congress on scams targeting seniors, and for other purposes.

At the request of Mr. Menendez, the name of the Senator from Minnesota (Ms. Klobuchar) was added as a cosponsor of S. 50, a bill to temporarily designate Venezuela under section 244(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit eligible nationals of Venezuela to be granted temporary protected status.

At the request of Ms. Sinema, the name of the Senator from Massachusetts (Mr. Markey) was added as a cosponsor of S. 89, a bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to secure medical opinions for veterans with service-connected disabilities who die from COVID-19 to determine whether their service-connected disabilities were the principal or contributory causes of death, and for other purposes.

At the request of Mr. Scott of South Carolina, the name of the Senator from Maine (Mr. King) was added as a cosponsor of S. 368, a bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to make permanent certain telehealth flexibilities under the Medicare program related to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

At the request of Mr. Inhofe, the name of the Senator from Arizona

(Mr. Kelly) was added as a cosponsor of S. 419, a bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for a full annuity supplement for certain air traffic controllers.

(Mr. Heinrich) was added as a cosponsor of S. 425, a bill to require States to establish complete streets programs, and for other purposes.
