Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce: Urban Farmhouse Celebrates Grand Opening With Ribbon Cutting

Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on August 27.

Georgetown, SC – Urban Farmhouse, located at 927 Front Street, Georgetown, South Carolina, 29440, held a ribbon cutting Friday, August 20, 2021, to celebrate its grand opening.  Urban Farmhouse is a new member of the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce.

Urban Farmhouse features new home and garden décor in the modern farmhouse design that takes the comfortable, relaxed farmhouse style and adds modern touches.  The new shop is owned and operated by Paula Moland and managed by Michelle Pivovar.

Moland recently opened two additional businesses in Georgetown – Bluebird Vintage, an antiques consignment store located at 925 Front Street, in the fall of 2020, and Wildflower & Whiskey Clothing Company, a contemporary clothing and accessories shop for women and men located at 914 Front Street, in the spring of 2021.  A fourth shop, Open Road, specializing in men’s and women’s clothing, is set to open on Front Street in the fall of 2021.  Moland also owns Vintage Mercantile, an antiques consignment store, located at 422 Savannah Highway in Charleston, South Carolina.

“Urban Farmhouse is based on shops I love to visit while I’m on vacation”, stated Paula Moland, Owner. “I love to grab a cup of coffee and walk around and look at all of the unique items in a relaxed and casual atmosphere”.

Urban Farmhouse is open for business Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
