Horry-Georgetown Technical College: HGTC Announces Dr. Lynn Brown-Bulloch as Assistant Vice President for Academics & Dean of the College of Business, Health & Wellness

Horry-Georgetown Technical College issued the following announcement on August 24.

Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is pleased to announce Dr. Lynn Brown-Bulloch recently joined the HGTC community as the Assistant Vice President for Academics/Dean of the College of Business, Health and Wellness. Dr. Brown-Bulloch will oversee the growing division, which will include Business, Dental Sciences, Imaging Sciences, Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Respiratory, Medical Coding and Billing, and Personal Services.

“HGTC remains committed to providing students with quality programs and healthcare providers with a strong workforce to meet the growing demands within all areas of healthcare. Dr. Lynn Brown–Bulloch brings a wealth of experience in program expansion and new program development, which will be a critical component of this new role,” said Dr. Jennifer Wilbanks, Executive Vice President for Academics at HGTC.

Dr. Brown-Bulloch brings an extensive career in both higher education administration and health care administration. She previously served as the Dean of Health Sciences at Florence-Darlington Technical College and most recently as the Associate Dean at Southern Wesleyan University School of Business. She served for many years as the Home Care Division Administrator for McLeod Health. Dr. Brown-Bulloch holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a Baccalaureate in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina.
