ALL SAINTS FAMILY MUSIC CAMP
June 27, 29 & July 1
5:30-7:30 pm with family dinner
This year’s Music Camp is going to look and sound a bit different this summer! In order to provide a socially-distanced, outdoor Music Opportunity this summer, we will wear our masks and gather 3 evenings at church where we will share the joy of music through singing, playing bells and percussion instruments.
We will start each evening with a pre-ordered dinner where each family unit will eat together in their space (blankets or chairs), then gather with other like-aged families for time playing a variety of instruments and grooving along to camp songs. No musical experience required.
We would have groups for elementary children and middle school youth, with high school youth and adults as helpers. Parents of elementary-aged children would stay with their children; parents with youth may opt to stay with them or drop-off. We will need an adult volunteer to assist with facilitating each age-group through the musical “rotations.” High school youth volunteers are needed to serve as helpers assisting with set-up, meal distribution, instrument movement and clean-up crew.
