The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Hollywood rose by $264,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,500 - a 220.4% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hollywood in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
