Seabrook Island home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Seabrook Island rose by $170,000 while total sales decreased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 - a 45.3% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Seabrook Island in February 2020.
