Hollywood home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Hollywood rose by $59,000 while total sales decreased by 46.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Hollywood in 2019.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for 2020.
