Home prices decreased in Cedar Springs during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Cedar Springs fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $317,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cedar Springs in 2019.
