Summerville median home prices rose by 7.1% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Summerville rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Summerville in 2019.
