Median home prices in Ashley Forest fell to $366,250 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Ashley Forest fell by $11,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $366,250 - a 3% decrease over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ashley Forest in the second half of 2019.
