Pricing for the median home in Capri Isles increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Capri Isles rose by $92,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 37.4% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Capri Isles in the second half of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Capri Isles for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,960, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
