The second half of 2020: Home prices in North Pine Point increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in North Pine Point rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 23.9% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Pine Point in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in North Pine Point for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,305, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
