Home prices increased in Long Branch Estates during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Long Branch Estates rose by $45,250 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $213,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,144, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
