Adams Run home prices fell in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Adams Run fell by $19,100 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $229,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Adams Run in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $885, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
