Rising home prices in Ladson in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Ladson rose by $7,760 while total sales decreased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 5.2% increase over the $149,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Ladson in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $595, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
