Rising home prices in Riverland Terrace in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Riverland Terrace rose by $177,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 49.7% increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Riverland Terrace for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,935, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
