Median home prices in Hollywood rose to $510,000 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hollywood rose by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 36% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hollywood in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
