Home prices increased in Seabrook Island during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Seabrook Island rose by $225,000 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 80.4% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Seabrook Island in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Seabrook Island for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,566, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
