Pricing for the median home in Adams Run increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Adams Run rose by $164,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 62% increase over the $265,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Adams Run in the fourth quarter of 2019.
