The fourth quarter of 2020: Church Creek experienced a 31.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Church Creek rose by $74,988 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,988 - a 31.5% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Church Creek in the fourth quarter of 2019.
