Pricing for the median home in Long Branch Estates increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Long Branch Estates rose by $78,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,000 - a 41.9% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Long Branch Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,144, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
