Green Acres home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Green Acres rose by $124,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,950 - a 83.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Green Acres in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Green Acres for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,691, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
