Fenwick Hills home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Fenwick Hills rose by $87,200 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,200 - a 53.5% increase over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fenwick Hills in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Fenwick Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,054, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
