Ladson home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Ladson rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 53.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Ladson in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $595, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
