Hollywood home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Hollywood fell by $285,450 while total sales decreased by 54.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 63.4% decrease over the $450,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Hollywood in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
